Keep in mind that during busy holidays we cannot offer time guarantee, as a florist we are particularly busy on these days so we strive to get your flowers delivered in as timely a manner as possible.

While we do not offer flower delivery on public holidays, we do offer delivery on special occasions such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day. We also deliver to the hospitals on a daily basis as well. Orders Monday-Friday

To ensure same day delivery orders must be placed before 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm will be delivered the following day.

Orders Saturday-Sunday

To ensure same day delivery orders must be placed before 12:00pm. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the following business day.

Please note these time limits are not applicable to busy floral occasions (Valentines Day, Mothers Day, Christmas, etc) Please check the website for the cut off times for these days.

Public Holidays

Thanks a Bunch Florist does not operate during Public Holidays. Orders placed on Public Holidays will be delivered the following day.

What is the delivery charge?

Thanks a Bunch Florist charges a flat rate of $15.00 per delivery from Monday through Friday and $20.00 on weekends.

• If there is difficulty delivering the flowers, Thanks a Bunch will make every attempt to contact the person ordering the flowers or the recipient. If an order requires more than one attempt at delivery, a redelivery fee will apply and the subsequent amount will be charged to your credit card. Please ensure all contact details and delivery address details are correct. If this should occur, Thanks a Bunch will contact the purchasing customer and notify of any changes to purchase price.
